Bio
A First Vice President at Colliers International’s Downtown L.A. office, Edward Pan advises buyers and sellers of investment properties in the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and North Orange County, with a focus on multifamily assets. His clients include a variety of investor types, from high-net-worth individuals and private trusts to partnerships, banks and international investors. Edward speaks Mandarin fluently, making his talents particularly valuable in today’s market, where he is able to link local property owners with Chinese investors and the abundant flow of overseas capital into U.S. commercial real estate markets.
Prior to Colliers, Edward got his start in the industry with Marcus & Millichap in Ontario, CA, in 2011. Previously, he had launched his own investment fund with a focus on currency and U.S. equities risk arbitrage in Langley, Canada, with $30 million in assets under management. Edward spent three years prior to that as a currency trader at Barclay Capital in London, Tokyo and Singapore, before which he had also served as a cash management analyst for Western Asset Management, one of the world’s leading fixed-income managers with $450 billion in assets under management.
