Emmet Pierson is a Senior Leasing Associate at Pegasus, where he primarily focuses on representing both landlords and tenants in retail leasing transactions. Mr. Pierson offers a wealth of knowledge and insight to landlords and tenants through his vast retail leasing industry experience. Mr. Pierson utilizes his well-established relationships within the real estate world to provide Pegasus’ clients with the highest level of service available.
Prior to joining Pegasus in March of 2020, Mr. Pierson worked at Newmark Knight Frank, specializing in tenant representation for high-street retail and restaurant users throughout Los Angeles, working to secure the best possible real estate to ensure his clients’ success in their respective ventures. Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Pierson cut his teeth in the leasing industry with RKF & Associates in Santa Monica.
Mr. Pierson grew up in Malibu, California, and received a B.A. in International Relations from Pepperdine University in 2017.
