Erik Hallgrimson, CCIM joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS, Cassidy Turley & DTZ) in 1999 and served as Senior Vice President, Principal until 2011 when he became a Partner. Currently, Erik serves as Executive Managing Director specializing in Office, R&D, Mixed-Use and Land and Investment Sales. Prior to joining the company, Erik worked at Andersen Consulting from 1996 to 1999. Areas of expertise include Office, R&D, Manufacturing and Warehouse, Brokerage, and Investment Sales. Prior to working with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Hallgrimson worked with Andersen Consulting from 1996-1999 after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of San Francisco in 1996.
