Greg is an industry veteran of 10 years, during which time he has established himself as a top Tenant Representation Specialist, representing some of the country’s top restaurants and retailers. In addition, Greg has worked with many of the premier Developers and Landlords to pre-lease and lease prime retail projects throughout Ohio.
Greg is known for his excellent relationships, unique ability to understand his Clients and their Customers, a detailed and analytical approach to creating and implementing development strategies, and his unwavering loyalty to his Clients. Greg has done over 250 deals in his career totaling more than $150,000,000 in value.
Some of Greg’s Clients include PizzaFire, Bibibop Asian Grill, Jason’s Deli, Speedway Gas Station, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Shopper’s World, Versona, Charley’s Philly Steaks & Charley’s Grilled Subs, Cato, Immediadent, Planet Sub and Great Clips. Greg graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BA in business and a concentration in finance.
