Gregg Raus is a veteran in Chicago commercial office real estate and an Executive Vice President at JLL. Gregg’s primary responsibilities include the exclusive representation of office space users in strategic real estate planning, acquisition, and disposition of facilities and real estate assets in the Northwest submarket of suburban Chicago. His deep understanding of corporate structures, liability issues, and real estate transactions has served his clients well. Through both regional and national account relationships, Gregg has led projects within every asset type from sales offices to headquarters and R&D.
