Hoyt Hochman began working at Blair Commercial Real Estate in 1996, now formally called Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC. Through hard work, dedication and loyalty, Mr. Hochman has earned continued business from numerous building owners and tenants. In addition, he was the firms leading sales agent and has successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions. He founded Hoyt Realty & Investment in 2014, a full service real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial real estate services. Hoyt joined Platinum Properties brokerage with his team in December of 2023 and will continue to offer superior service to all of his clients on the local and national level.
He achieved the coveted CCIM degree, often referred to as the doctorate degree (PhD) for commercial real estate professionals. He was awarded one of the few scholarships to attend initial courses from the institute. He was among the youngest to ever receive this designation which is held by less than 1% of all agents in the nation.
Mr. Hochman & his family currently reside in the Bixby Knolls Area of Long Beach located just minutes away from his headquarters. He prides himself on honesty and integrity and with that; he has maintained a steady, loyal base of clients.
