James Merrill joined cRc in June of 2020. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate in the Salt Lake office of CBRE. James began his career in 1997 and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the development process and the sale and leasing of properties. From 2003 through 2009 James was the Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust, leading all aspects of the REIT’s Utah business. He also directed one of Utah’s most successful and largest industrial development companies. Through his experience with institutional clients such as CalSTRS, First Industrial, UBS, Verde Realty and CBRE Global Investors, among others, James has acquired the ability to efficiently navigate the most complex transaction.
