Mr. Barry serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Adminstrative Officer and General Counsel of Trinity Investments, with responsibility for the management of the firm’s compliance, human resources, IT, and legal and corporate governance functions in support of Trinity’s portfolio and strategic vision.
Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Barry was the Deputy General Counsel of Schottenstein Stores Corporation, a family office, and Vice President of Legal and Finance of TACKMA, LLC, an affiliated men’s apparel brand, both based in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to Schottenstein and TACKMA, Mr. Barry began his career as an associate in Goodwin Procter LLP’s tax practice in Boston.
Mr. Barry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from The Ohio State University, a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
