Jim Berkemeier joined Advocate Advisors in 2013 bringing extensive experience with commercial real estate market and lease analysis, strategic planning of real estate assets (both leased and owned), and negotiation on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining Advocate, Jim was an Associate Director with Mohr Partners and Newmark Knight Frank. He has worked with numerous national and international companies to assist them in development of a comprehensive real estate strategy. Past clients include Walbridge, United Physicians, Yeo & Yeo CPAs, Metaldyne, Total Health Care and Talmer Bank & Trust.
Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Dayton and a Law Degree from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
