Jim Evans is a graduate of Trevecca College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Jim has accumulated over a thousand hours of real estate and real estate appraisal education over his 35-year real estate career. He is licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Real Estate Broker, Certified General Appraiser, and a Master Auctioneer. Jim’s primary focus is providing commercial real estate services, property management services, site selection, consulting, and appraisal services. He works with the residential real estate team to assist in finding those seeking to find the perfect home in Middle Tennessee. Jim Evans has taught since 1982 auctions, real estate, and real estate appraisal topics.
