Jim O’Leary serves as Executive Managing Director for JLL’s National Industrial Team. He also directed the Value and Risk Advisory where he led the Midwest industrial valuation team driving culture, growth and technology to provide clients with exceptional resources and a best-in-class experience.
Prior to joining JLL, Jim spent 7+ years with CBRE, where he served as First Vice President for their Value and Risk Advisory group. Prior to that he worked for a large regional appraisal firm, and upon graduation worked for the Arthur Andersen accounting firm.
Mr. O’Leary has experience in the valuation of industrial, multi-family and student housing assets throughout the Midwest. His scope of work includes portfolio valuations, mortgage lending, financial reporting, feasibility studies and consulting assignments.
