Jim Rose is an Associate in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation Group. With more than six years of real estate industry experience, Mr. Rose focuses on new business generation, detailed financial analysis and customized strategic real estate solutions specifically crafted to clients’ ever-changing needs. His work ethic and passion for real estate has led him to several internal awards, as well as a nomination for NAIOP’s 2012 Suburban Transaction of the Year.
Mr. Rose has experience working with a wide range of clients in Downtown and Suburban Chicago markets with a particular attention to the O’Hare and Northwest submarkets. His projects have included lease acquisitions and dispositions, headquarters assessments and relocations and strategic real estate analysis.
