Bio
After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University, Joanna Simone began her career in the fashion industry. Before shifting her focus to real estate, she was National Sales Manager for Ladies Apparel at one of the largest wholesale distributors of discounted designer and branded merchandise in the United States.
Joanna joined Simone Development in 2012 and spent the first several years completing an intensive internal job-rotation training program coupled with external real estate professional-development courses. After her training program, she successfully took on increasing responsibilities for leasing and property management operations. Presently, Joanna oversees Simone Developments entire leasing and property management portfolio.
Joanna is an active member of the March of Dimes of Westchester and a board member of the Westchester Square BID in the Bronx.
