Joe has nearly 15 years experience within the commercial property market. He began his career at Bidwells before subsequently moving on to BNP Paribas in Birmingham, where he worked in the Rating team. In 2011, Joe moved back to Northampton to join Lambert Smith Hampton where he spent 4 years specialising in industrial agency. Joe moved to Drake & Partners in 2015 and is now one of the Partners in the team.
Joe specialises in industrial and office Agency, Lease Advisory and Rating work. He also advises a number of occupier clients on their commercial property strategies. Joe is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Industrial Agents Society, where he sits on the Committee for the East Midlands branch.
