Kelly Diehl is the Missouri Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield, leading the business of the largest commercial real estate firm in the St. Louis region. Her responsibilities include advancing the strategic growth and business development efforts while overseeing various service lines, including agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, asset services, project and development services, marketing and research, and valuation and advisory. In addition to serving as the Managing Principal for St. Louis, Kelly also leads the Asset Services group in the Kansas City market.
Kelly was previously with one of the larger privately held real estate investment firms in the Midwest. In her prior role, she served as the Managing Director, Operations where she oversaw the direction of the company’s office, industrial, retail and multifamily portfolio. Kelly began her career with Turley Martin Tucker, a legacy company of Cushman & Wakefield and was the City Leader for St. Louis. She has an accomplished track record of maximizing value and delivering quality measurable results for clients since 1991.
