Kim Peterson is the vice president and director of property management for Transwestern in Michigan. Her responsibilities include the oversight of all property management functions, building renovations, staffing, operations and reporting of the Transwestern portfolio for various clients which Transwestern serves in Michigan. Previously, Kim was with PM Realty Group where she oversaw the management of a portfolio totaling 900,000 rentable square feet and working with clients such as Lennar Partners, CIGNA and Archon Group. She began her real estate career in 1988 working with the management team of the Renaissance Center, a 2.2 million square foot high-rise office complex located in downtown Detroit.
