Over thirty-eight years of diversified real estate experience in commercial investment sales and portfolio leasing. Current specialties include distressed asset disposition and acquisition, valuation services, underwriting and land sales. Proficient in all aspects of commercial investment sales and marketing of multiple product types including medical office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land.
Lane is the national Founder and Council Chairman of NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group. He coordinates and manages national sales efforts over 115 agents, in 34 States representing 64 office around the country for healthcare transactional and investment sales.
Additionally, as Market Leader in Arizona in multiple disciplines, he has vast experience in the marketing and disposition of CMBS and REO roperties throughout Arizona. With in depth knowledge and understanding of income property and of the commercial land market, he is able to successfully identify specific opportunities that meet the unique requirements of all types of buyers and sellers. As an asset specialist with over fifteen years in trustee sales, note acquisitions, loan modifications and REO sales. Prior to that, as a top tier land broker, responsibilities included site selection and portfolio sales in areas of land related to retail, office, hospitals, healthcare, colleges, apartment, industrial & employment uses.
