Throughout his career, Lee has achieved success across a range of product types including industrial investment sales, multi-family/mixed-use and office building sales, the development and disposition of shopping centres and industrial sites, land assemblies, sale/leasebacks and numerous business park land sales and pre-sales.
Consistently earning recognition as a top land sales specialist, Lee has achieved 'Vancouver Top Ten' status 16 times, earned the 'National Top Ten' ranking 8 times, and has achieved the 'President’s Round Table' designation a total of 23 times.
