Lucy works within Operational Capital Markets advising a range of investors and developers on transactions, forward fundings, joint ventures and operations across student accommodation, build to rent (BTR), and co-living.
Having joined in January 2021 on the graduate scheme, Lucy completed rotations in National Capital Markets, Valuation and Advisory, Residential Development, and Residential Capital Markets.
Lucy graduated from the University of Reading where she studied Real Estate.
