Luke Malone comes to Malone Commercial Brokers after four years of development work with Essex-North, a Massachusetts-based company known for their work reviving Portland’s India Street neighborhood. During his tenure at Essex-North, Luke helped coordinate the roll-out of the AC Hotel, the 20 Thames Condominium Building, and managed the financial analysis and preconstruction of the 5 India Apartment building. Luke has worked closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to realize the best possible products for Portland’s real estate market. Luke holds a B.A. in Spanish Literature and Language as well as an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Denver. Luke shares his family’s passion for skiing and climbing. He also enjoys perfecting his culinary skills, painting, and training his two spunky Finnish Lapphund pups, Ozuna and Pancho.
