Bio
Mac Shea joined CBRE’s Multifamily Capital Markets team as an Associate focusing on investment sales primarily in Suburban Philadelphia regions. Prior to joining CBRE, Mac served for 6 years in Army Special Operations with the 75th Ranger Regiment. He has deployed multiple times including Afghanistan, Syria, and other undisclosed locations. He left the Army with the rank of Sergeant (E-5) having served as the Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge of Human Performance Facilities, Fire Team Leader, Sniper, and Company Master Driver, where he managed a fleet of military vehicles and their respective training.
Mac is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate and infrastructure at Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, he is expected to graduate May of 2025. This educational experience has given Mac the ability to understand Commercial Real Estate in a more technical way and provide that knowledge base to our clients. Mac has an infinite curiosity combined with a dogged determination to solve problems for his clients.
Mac Graduated from The University of Kentucky in 2017 with a degree in Business Management. He is an avid Urbanist and loves to spend time walking city streets, learning about the history of the buildings and people that have lived here. This history is what originally attracted Mac to the Pennsylvania area. When he is not working, he is spending time with his young family, working out, or exploring all that Pennsylvania has to offer.
