Mark has nearly 30 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor, and he has worked around Derby for almost all of that time. As a commercial surveyor he advises clients on a wide range of disposals, particularly in relation to development. As an RICS Registered Valuer, Mark also carries out a variety of property valuations for many commercial banks, pension funds and private clients. He specialises in valuing developments, land and HMOs amongst others. He is also a RICS Accredited Expert and has achieved the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence. In this capacity he undertakes a wide range of sometimes complex valuation reports for legal purposes such as professional negligence, taxation and divorce.
