Bio
He is a thirty-year veteran of the real estate business and has been involved with more than 800 lease and sale transactions for retail clients such as Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Best Buy, PetSmart, Cabela’s, TJ Maxx, Regal Cinemas, Trader Joe’s and many more.
He has been instrumental in the development, redevelopment and leasing of over five million square feet of retail space in a 20-state region. Matt previously held leadership positions with Chase Properties and Kimco Realty and has been an active member of the ICSC for twenty-eight years.
Matt studied architecture at Kent State University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and holds a BBS in finance from Lake Erie College.
