Michelle Masica is the managing broker of a franchise of SPERRY (SperryCGA.com), a global full-service commercial real estate brokerage. SPERRY – The Masica Company, with an office in Cleveland, Ohio, is focused on serving clients in all of their real estate needs – from advising, leasing, sales, and property management.
She attended Miami University and pursued a career in sales and communications following school. She managed Masica Builders after marrying Steve Masica and obtained her real estate license in order to sell residential properties for their real estate company, MSL Realty. The real estate business was sold in 2008, at which point Michelle became the Executive Director of the Wadsworth Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2011, Michelle found her way back to the real estate industry as an agent with a local commercial brokerage, in which she spent 8 years. She decided it was time to pursue her managing broker’s license in 2019 and is excited to lead the team at The Masica Company with her years of experience, client accolades, and passion for the business.
Michelle was born in Arkansas and moved with her family to Medina in 1979. She has since made Medina County her home, where she currently resides with her husband, Steve. She has two daughters who both live in the Greater Cleveland area. Michelle has remained involved in the community, serving as the 2019 President of the Great Medina Chamber of Commerce, amongst many other involvements. Outside of The Masica Company, Michelle enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and grandpuppies.
