Mike graduated in 1984 from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a BSc in Agricultural Economics.
He started work in the West End agency team of John D Wood, joining Savills plc in 1989 where he worked for 10 years, leaving to set up the agency team at Godfrey Vaughan where he became a partner in 2004, having grown the agency team to 10 surveyors.
Following the sale of Godfrey Vaughan to Colliers plc in 2008, Mike ran their Central London Division until leaving to set up GN2 in early 2012 and then Mallam Advisers in 2017.
Specialising in development advice, marketing and leasing of offices in the West End, his clients have included many property companies, Funds and Estates including The Portman Estate, Great Portland Estates, Sir Richard Sutton Limited, Grosvenor, Land Securities, Aberdeen Asset Managers, Henderson Global Investors, PRUPIM and several private investment companies.
Mallam Advisers are jointly retained to provide marketing advice on the vacant offices on the Portman Estate.
