Miles is a Partner within the Investment Agency team as well as Head of the Commercial transactional team based in Doncaster. With over 30 years’ experience in property investment strategy, acquisitions & disposals, and has a track record for creating value for clients through active asset management initiatives, across retail, office, leisure, and industrial sectors.
Miles has experience in the Property investment market throughout the UK but with a historic focus in the Midlands, Yorkshire and the Northeast regions. His specialist knowledge and client base is primarily property companies, Institutional investors, private investors providing investment sales, and acquisitions, advice including forward funding developments and sale and leasebacks.
Miles has a keen interest in skiing, and horse riding, as well as scuba diving having acquired his Advanced PADI Open Water qualification. He also has a great interest in motorsport, having built and raced two kit cars in his spare time.
