Montana’s commercial real estate practice combines her background in sales, marketing, and design with a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach. Her work focuses on retail and mixed-use sales and leasing, as well as office tenant representation. Known for her collaborative style and creative problem-solving, she works closely with clients, brokers, city officials, and contractors to move projects forward and achieve results.
A native of Aspen, Colorado, Montana earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado and began her career as a commercial designer and project manager. She later spent a decade in fine wine sales and marketing before transitioning to commercial real estate—a move that brought together her creative and analytical strengths.
Since joining Henry Group Real Estate in 2023, Montana has built a growing portfolio of successful transactions across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. She assists clients with every stage of the process, from early concept development to closing, with a focus on strategy, execution, and lasting relationships.
