Norm Itskov is a licensed Associate Broker. The first real estate transaction he completed was in 1993 in New York. Since 2004 he has been assisting Buyers and Sellers in Metro Atlanta area Real Estate Market. During this period Norm received several awards such as a Top Buyers & Sellers Agent in BW Realty from a field of 500-700 agents in 2004-2005, DRealty 2005-2009 Top Producer, and “Circle of Excellence” recipient in SSRealty 2010-2012 from about 2,500 agents, as well as the Lifetime Million Dollars Club Member.
In October 2010, he created Normhomes Team; in May 2012, he moved to Maximum One Executive Realtors. Norm became an Associate Broker in 2008, he is a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CFA (Certified Foreclosure Agent), CSSA (Certified Short Sale Agent), CFIS (Certified Foreign Investor Specialist) & CIPS (Certified International Properties Specialist). The Normhomes Team received Awards as “2012 & 2013 Top Producer Mega Team” from NAMAR (Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors). As a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Norm Itskov is always ready to use his expertise and knowledge to help any type of Sellers and Buyers to achieve their goals in any Residential or Commercial transaction.
