Bio
Mr. Lund is a Director of Asset Management. Mr. Lund is responsible for assisting with the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities and providing support to asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining Rycore Capital, Mr. Lund served as a Senior Associate with Duff & Phelps Real Estate Advisory team. During his time at Duff & Phelps, Mr. Lund completed net asset valuations, purchase price allocations, and bank financing appraisals for all commercial asset classes in over 25 different markets across the United States. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing market data and developing financial models for income producing assets. Mr. Lund attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Lund was also a member of the Commercial Banking Program.
