His expertise ranges from acquiring either multiple assets or individual sites, or helping clients to grow their portfolio from one site into a group, as well as handling all aspects of the sales process. He has substantial knowledge of M&A group strategy disposals/acquisitions, specialising in advising both corporate, multiple operators and private individuals within the Pub and Bar sector.
Paul has a particular aptitude for providing innovative and creative solutions to clients’ problems, in order to ensure they receive the maximum returns or the best possible investment/covenant available.
