With over a decade of Commercial Real Estate experience, Peter Miller has joined Lee & Associates, Cleveland.
Peter brings extensive knowledge of sales and marketing. He has held management positions with consumer electronics manufacturers. Peter has called on distributors, wireless carriers and national retail companies across the United States. Peter has worked with corporations across the globe ranging from start-up businesses to multi-billion dollar concerns, placing satisfied clients into facilities that fit their criteria.
Peter has expertise in collaborating with investors, architectural firms, general contractors and key trades in coordinating all elements in developing custom office, warehouse and retail space for tenants in Northeast Ohio.
A seasoned negotiator, Peter has worked closely with owners, tenants, city officials and economic development departments to maximize client savings and benefits.
Peter enjoys coaching in community baseball, soccer leagues and collecting antiques. Peter is a resident of Beachwood and has traveled extensively.
