Rachel Pengilley is a Partner in the Knight Frank Student Property Team focusing on the transactional side of the business. Rachel began her surveying career in 2012 in the Cardiff office of Knight Frank prior to moving to London to set up the Student Team where she was instrumental in establishing and growing the team over the course of the last nine years. Rachel is a specialist Student Accommodation Surveyor with widespread experience of valuation, development and transactional work in the sector.
