Bio
After graduating from Reading with a MSc in Real Estate, Richard worked as an Estates Manager for one of the largest landowners in the UK. He oversaw development strategy, capital expenditure projects, self delivered on landlord tenant transactions on behalf of the landlord, and brand development.
Richard joined Colliers in January of 2022 as an Estates and Transaction Manager in the EMEA Occupier Solutions UK Enterprise Clients team, advising a number of clients on lease advisory, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant disputes, and overall strategic portfolio management.
