Rick Genthe has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Over the last 28 years Rick has worked on the development and ownership representation side with Lincoln Property Company/SJP Properties, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Gale & Wentworth, and again with Lincoln Property Company. During his career, Rick, has negotiated over 500 deals totaling 8.4 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $1.9 billion.
Over the last three years, Rick has completed 90 deals totaling just over 850,000 sq. ft. for a value of $350 million dollars. With this successful leasing activity, the overall occupancy for these properties currently exceeds 95% leased.
Throughout his career, Rick has represented several prestigious institutional corporate clienteles including UBS Realty Advisors, AIG, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Cornerstone Realty – Mass Mutual Insurance, INVESCO, Principal Real Estate Investors, JMB, Prudential, AEW Capital, TA Associates, Cabot Partners, General Electric Credit Corporation, and Delta Dental of New Jersey Inc. Rick started his career in 1982 as a broker with CBRE.
