Robert advises on property holdings from Penzance to Lichfield and Aberystwyth to Southsea for Institutional funds, property companies and private investors. The majority of his landlord work has been in respect of leasing premises within shopping centres, gaining invaluable asset management experience along the way.
From an occupational perspective, Robert's retained clients include International retail and leisure brands. Clients rely on his knowledge to help them to grow or reposition their portfolios.
