Driving a race car is about the pursuit of perfection and overcoming fear. You find the fastest line, brake as late as possible before a corner, transition to throttle before the apex (the closest point on the inside corner of the track), maintain maximum cornering speed, and perfect your racing technique.
Rob built his racing resume competing in Regional and National SCCA Road Racing events for six years. After achieving numerous podium finishes in several classes and a national ranking, he has been fortunate to transfer these skills in his role at JLL, which he ultimately sees as the pursuit of perfection for his clients. He aims to precisely understand and optimize his client’s objectives and reflect them in their real estate strategy. Both racing and tenant representation require an immense amount of learning, concentration, hard work, and continuous practice.
Before JLL, he was a trained attorney, which honed his skills for structuring, negotiating and comprehensively documenting lease transaction terms. He takes the time to truly understand his clients’ business and their real estate goals so that he can be a true advocate for them. Ultimately, he can achieve market-leading lease economics for his clients and secure highly flexible leases for their businesses.
