Ross' experience spans 15 years and his skill base within Savills business space team extends to the provision of industrial related property consultancy advice predominantly relating to letting, sales, asset management, development and occupier representation.
Ross is particularly active within the multi-let industrial asset class, dealing day to day with smaller let holdings and vacant single buildings and development sites. Ross currently undertakes asset management roles for key clients including Kames Capital at Cambuslang Investment Park and also Tilstone Investments, where he advises at Queenslie Park, the largest and most successful industrial estate to the East of Glasgow City Centre.
On the occupational side, Ross has recently acquired significant industrial facilities for Quiz Clothing (135,000 sq ft) and Inverarity Morton (100,000 sq ft).
