Ruth joined Beresford Adams Commercial in 2006 having spent a number of years at Strutt & Parker, Chester and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Having undertaken agricultural estate management for many years a change of direction has resulted in Ruth becoming a Director within the firm with the expanding Property Management Department.
Ruth’s duties include the management of a diverse portfolio with associated professional work such as renewals and review negotiations, with service charge matters.
Away from the office Ruth is extremely busy with her family’s dairy farm, and is also a keen sportswoman with a particular interest in hockey where she represents Deeside Ramblers.
