Ryan Wagner oversees a commercial property portfolio consisting of retail, office and warehouse space. He is a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Ryan is a graduate of Friends University where he earned his Bachelor’s of Business Management. He brings five years of prior property management experience in both the private and public sector. He has been involved in the revitalization of downtown Wichita and enjoys working with non-profits that share this passion. Ryan’s commitment to serving his community and clients has led to the development of long lasting relationships with local developers, city leaders and property owners. He is married with two children and enjoys playing sports and fishing with his kids.
