Shelby Dodson, Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services team, offers unique insight, experience and solutions to serve the needs of real estate owners, occupiers and investors of office properties in the Greenville-Spartanburg market.
Shelby and her team are responsible for the leasing and marketing efforts of over 4,500,000 square feet of office space in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. As a team, they strive to maximize returns for their clients utilizing the latest trends and best practices. Shelby consistently ranks as a top producer in market and ranked in the top ten producers in South Carolina.
Prior to joining CBRE, Shelby worked in sales in New York where she provided comprehensive sales support to a team of 25 to achieve $50 million in sales in 2005. Shelby worked for WWCOT in Shanghai in 2010 where she advised industry leaders on green building techniques and their financial benefits. She also interned with ULI with a primary focus on the Upstate Reality Check, a program designed to plan future transportation and job growth in the ten county region of the upstate.
As a LEED professional, Shelby is a sustainability leader and offers clients and properties expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings. She drives advantage for her clients by aligning strategic real estate plans with core business objectives.
