Sierra Wendt is a Commercial Agent with a Business Marketing degree, along with a Professional Sales Certification, from North Dakota State University. Her knowledge of the FM real estate market has been gained through exposure from her father’s involvement in the local business community combined with her own initiative to learn and engage in the market. As a North Dakota native she has been watching the FM area grow and has built a strong understanding of the trends and patterns of the area.
Sierra obtained her real estate license in 2018. Prior to joining Property Resources Group, she established herself in residential real estate, during that time she sold over fifteen homes while in college full time. Sierra also gained knowledge in the real estate industry through various property management positions where she has learned the inner workings of tenant and landlord relations. Sierra started investing in real estate properties at age 20.
Sierra succeeds most through her client relations; she has worked hard to build a trusted reputation by proving her dependability and drive. She prides herself in putting clients’ goals first and creating a positive solution for every deal.
