Stephanie Repetto is a Lead Commercial Leasing Agent at Douglas Emmett in Santa Monica, where she specializes in retail and office leasing. As the lead agent for Douglas Emmett’s Brentwood and West LA submarkets, she oversees more than two million square feet of space across 16 buildings. With her deep market expertise and extensive customer service background, Stephanie provides exceptional service, helping clients navigate complex leasing decisions and achieve their goals.
Stephanie entered commercial real estate in 2014 as a Development Associate for a domestic and international restaurant development company, where she honed the skills and work ethic that have become fundamental to her success.
Before joining Douglas Emmett, Stephanie was a Senior Associate at NAI Capital, where she focused on leasing and investment sales. Her experience also includes being a project manager at a highly regarded architectural firm in Newport Beach, CA, managing high-end restaurant, hospitality, and multi-family projects. Her work included developing real estate sites and retail locations for nationally recognized brands such as Johnny Rockets, Nathan’s Famous, and Blue Bottle Coffee.
