Stephanie Wise is the President and Owner of Commercial Collective, a new boutique brokerage established in 2024 in Wichita, KS. Prior to opening her own firm, Stephanie spent the past 12 years building her brokerage portfolio, specializing in retail & office leasing and tenant representation. She represents brands such as Raising Canes, Ziggi’s Coffee, Verizon Wireless, and many more. Stephanie also previously managed a portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial real estate in Wichita and the surrounding areas. Her expertise in building maintenance and construction, budgeting, and lease negotiations make her a great fit for tenant representation and equip her with invaluable retail sales and leasing knowledge.
Stephanie is highly active in the community, serving as an elected Sedgwick County Commissioner, as well as on various community boards. She is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE), and Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA). Stephanie and her husband, Brandt, have two children, and their family loves sports and travel.
