Stephen is the investment sales director and is responsible for business development and client services at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Oklahoma. He specializes in the brokerage of multi-housing properties and land throughout Oklahoma. Stephen brings a broad range of experience in deal sourcing, marketing and structuring real estate transactions for private investors and private capital groups.
