As Team Leader and Co-owner of RE/MAX Achievers, Steve Powell brings over 25 years of personal and professional Real Estate Experience to his clients. Steve is considered an expert in his field and has taught Real Estate Investing and Landlord Principles seminars for Hagerstown Community College. Steve has been a featured speaker at the Washington County Landlords Association, the Hagerstown Home Store and has served on the board of the PenMar Association of Realtors. Steve is retired from the Army National Guard with 23 years of military service. The Steve Powell Team has listed and sold over 1,800 homes and more than $220,000,000 of real estate volume.
