Steve advises and guide large companies to make real estate choices that maximize the productivity of today's intergenerational workforce through a transformational real estate process. Whether he is consulting an enterprise client regarding a significant workforce relocation or helping develop the vision for a corporate headquarters, he ensures clients also understand the financial, cultural, brand, and inside-out “brick and mortar” implications of such a critical decision. He stays in tune with JLL's own diverse multi-generational workforce by mentoring our talented staff through our GenAll Committee.
As Chair of JLL's Headquarters Practice Group, he brings together JLL’s industry-leading experts and develop innovative solutions. He has the privilege of being involved with over 50 headquarters projects across the US including several in 2018 for BMO Financial (500,000 s.f.), Walgreens (200,000 s.f.), and CDW (250,000 s.f.).
