Suzette LaGrange joined Avison Young in 2025 as a Principal, Managing Director, and Las Vegas Market Leader. She was previously a Senior Vice President and broker at Colliers for 20 years, and CBRE for the preceding 10 years. She has been involved in major office and industrial lease, land, and investment sales transactions over her 30-year career She has facilitated numerous multi-tenant investment property sales and most notably was involved in the portfolio sale of approximately 3.5 million square feet of industrial buildings and land on behalf of DP Partners to ProLogis, a transaction valued at approximately $370 million.
