Bio
With over 10 years of real estate experience on the equity, brokerage and appraisal side, Thuy Tran is a Vice President with the Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team. In addition to providing underwriting and due diligence oversight, she also leads the production of BOVs and proposals. Before joining CBRE, Thuy worked at Talon Private Capital as an acquisitions analyst and asset manager. Prior to that, she was a financial analyst with JLL. Thuy got her start in commercial real estate as an appraiser with McKee & Schalka valuing a wide range of property types.
