Toby joined Bray Fox Smith in 2020 to expand the South East Agency team to focus on the disposal and acquisition of offices across the South East market. His client base includes Legal & General, CCLA, Aberdeen Standard, Aviva Investors, JP Morgan and Booker Retail.
Prior to joining Bray Fox Smith Toby was an Associate Director in the South East Office Agency team at Colliers International for 6 years. His career started in 2011 at Altus Edwin Hill in their Heathrow Agency team.
Toby studied Politics & American Studies at Nottingham University before undertaking a Masters in Real Estate at CASS University in London. He grew up in Sussex but now lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife Kate and their 2 young sons, Miles and Eddie. Toby is a very keen sportsman having played county cricket for Sussex at junior level and he now plays as much golf as possible!
