Todd's primary focus since joining the industry has been in the Retail sector. He has worked for independent and international third-party service providers in addition to 19 years with a prominent family owned and operated company that developed more than 1 million square feet of ground up retail projects in Hawaii.
With over 30 years of experience in leasing and shopping center management throughout Hawai‘i, Todd possesses in-depth knowledge that allows him to understand landlord and tenant requirements, maximizing value for both.
He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in the State of Hawai‘i and is a Senior Shopping Center Manager and Senior Leasing Specialist certified by the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated from Hawai‘i Pacific University and retired from the U.S. Navy as a Deep-Sea Diver after 20 years of Active and Reserve Duty.
